For years I've looked for gluten free baked goods — and then it's a matter of quality. Every single thing I've ever tried from Bake Against the Grain has been delicious, fresh, and amazing quality. From a cookie cake to doughnuts to cookies — she has it all and it's all delicious!
I have had many different things and not a single one has disappointed. Thumbprint cookies? 5 stars. Cinnamon rolls? 5 stars. Sugar cookies? 5 stars. Swiss rolls? 5 stars. Donuts? 5 stars. She outdoes herself every time and I am always keeping my eye out to see when I can get my next fix! Cannot recommend enough!

I bought oatmeal cream pies and they were amazing!!! I wanted to give them to my daughter but she ended up going out of town, so I had to eat them… darn! LOL
