Bake Against The Grain is a trade name of The GF Oven LLC (“The GF Oven LLC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a gluten-free bakery based in Elmira, NY. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit bakeagainstthegrain.com(the “Site”), place an order, or otherwise interact with us, how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
