Yes! The In Stock Now shelf is baked and ready to order any time — no cutoff, no waiting. Right now, orders $75+ include a free cookie, and local delivery within 20 miles of Elmira is free.
When do weekly drops go live?
Every Saturday at 10 AM Eastern. Join the drop list to get an email the moment a new drop opens.
When do I need to order by?
Ordering for each week's drop closes Tuesday at 8 PM Eastern. After that the weekly drop shop shows as sold out while we bake and prep, and the next drop goes live the following Saturday at 10 AM. In the final hours before a drop you'll be able to preview the upcoming treats before ordering opens. In Stock Now items are available to order any time, no cutoff.
What happens when an item sells out?
Every batch is a fixed quantity. Once a treat sells out for the week, it's gone until it's offered again — sometimes the next week, sometimes only for a seasonal drop.
Where do I pick up my order?
At our farmstand in Elmira, NY. You'll choose a pickup date and time window at checkout, and we'll have your order ready when you arrive.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes — local delivery is currently free within 20 miles of Elmira, NY, no code needed. Choose Local Delivery in your cart and enter your address at checkout to confirm eligibility. In-stock orders are delivered within 24–48 hours. Farmstand pickup and New York shipping are also available.

How much notice do custom orders need?

Yes. Bake Against The Grain is a 100% gluten-free bakery. No wheat-based products are made or stored in our kitchen, and we do not use shared equipment.
Do you handle other allergens?
We work in a gluten-free kitchen, but other allergens (dairy, eggs, nuts, soy) may be present. Check individual product pages for allergen notes, and message us before ordering if you have additional dietary needs.
Can I request a custom theme?
