When do weekly drops go live?

Every Sunday at 2 PM Eastern. Join the drop list to get an email the moment a new drop opens.

What happens when an item sells out?

Every batch is a fixed quantity. Once a treat sells out for the week, it's gone until it's offered again — sometimes the next week, sometimes only for a seasonal drop.

Where do I pick up my order?

At our farmstand in Elmira, NY. You'll choose a pickup date and time window at checkout, and we'll have your order ready when you arrive.

Do you offer local delivery?

No. We offer farmstand pickup and shipping within New York State only. There is currently no local delivery service.

Where do you ship?

We ship within New York State only. Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout by Shopify.

Do you ship outside New York?

Not at this time. Shipping outside New York is not available.

How much notice do custom orders need?

At least 72 hours. Larger or more intricate orders may need more lead time. Submit an inquiry on the Custom Orders page — submitting does not guarantee availability.

Are all products gluten-free?

Yes. Bake Against The Grain is a 100% gluten-free bakery. No wheat-based products are made or stored in our kitchen, and we do not use shared equipment.

Do you handle other allergens?

We work in a gluten-free kitchen, but other allergens (dairy, eggs, nuts, soy) may be present. Check individual product pages for allergen notes, and message us before ordering if you have additional dietary needs.

Can I request a custom theme?

Yes — themed cakes, cookies, and treat boxes are part of our custom order menu. Share your inspiration, colors, and event details on the Custom Orders form and we'll reach out.
